New analysis by crypto intelligence company Glassnode shows the price at which Bitcoin investors are willing to sell some of their holdings.
The company tracks the behavior of owners of all sizes and says Investors owning 0.1 to 1 BTC started selling when the leading cryptocurrency hit $ 13,500.
Holders with 1 to 10 BTC started selling at $ 15,200. Big investors with 100-1,000 BTC started selling when Bitcoin hit $ 18,000.
As for the biggest investors in this space with 1,000 BTC or more, Glassnode has refused to sell and is still buying at the height of the recent BTC rally.
The number of bitcoin whales recently in existence smashed an all time high (ATH) with 2,000 existing whales.
“The number of Bitcoin whales (companies with at least 1,000 BTC) has reached a new ATH after more than 4 years.
