A man dressed in a Batman costume has been stopped by police for failing to show proper documents as he drove his Lamborghini.
Video captured the driver, who dons a Batman face mask and an all-black outfit, being questioned by the officers on a busy street in the capital city of Madrid, Spain.
A patrol car with flashing lights is seen parked behind the black supercar, which has a passing resemblance to the Batmobile, while other motorists passed by.
Several pedestrians also stop and take pictures of the bizarre scene.
The camera then zooms in on the black vehicle to show a man in the driver’s seat wearing a Batman costume as two cops stand on each side.
The cops walk away from the vehicle apparently after handing the masked man his sanction, who can be seen speaking with the passenger as the video ends.
It’s unclear what regulations the driver violated but he was handed a fine.
The “Batman” has not been named by the police but some claimed he is a YouTube vlogger.
The clip was shared by the Madrid Municipal Police on Monday, September 14.
They captioned the funny video with the note: “Even superheroes must respect the rules.
“With road safety, you do not play around. Sanctioned and back to the Batcave.”
In April, a man dressed in an all-black gimp costume was spotted shopping in a Tesco store in Colchester.
The shopper, who called himself the Gimp Man of Essex, explained he did it to make people laugh in a time of crisis.
