‘Move to Canada’ queries on Google surge after U.S. presidential debate

The Google searches were ever popular in the states of Massachusetts, Washington and Michigan.

As Trump and Biden shouted at each other, people also Googled “How to move to Canada” and “move to Canada”.

Some Canadians turned to Twitter to voice their opinion as the debate raged on.

“Cheering you all on from this side of the border! You got this!” one tweeted.

Others were less enthusiastic about Americans wanting to move to our home and native land.

“No, Americans do not ‘move’ to Canada,” another wrote.

“Look like we need to build a wall and make USA pay for it,” one humorously chimed.
