A mother was stunned when she opened a can of baby food and discovered a heartwarming surprise inside.
Tillz Siofele, who lives in Australia, found a handwritten letter along with $ 5 after opening the product.
At first she thought it was ‘weird’, but after reading the letter she thought it was a nice gesture, according to News.com.au.
Last week, Ms. Siofele sent her husband out to buy baby food for her child after they ran out, but a few days later she opened the can when she found the gift.
It said, “Enjoy this little thing. Happy wealth Wednesday.”
She said to the point of sale, “I saw a note and thought,” This is weird. “I unfolded the note and cut a $ 5 note.”
According to 7newsshe added: “I asked my husband if he left a note for me in the can and he said no, so then I started thinking if there were any guys who might have left the note and that was a no, to.
“I became a little wary of using the can because I thought the can had been tampered with.
Both Tillz and her husband hoped to get some answers after taking a photo and sharing the note on Facebook.
Courier Mail reported that some suggested the gesture was left by Camira Local, Susanna Lucy, who is known for leaving surprises in groceries.
It was later revealed to be true – Ms. Lucy confirmed that she and other mothers are leaving small gifts in Australia to “make someone’s day.”
“There isn’t enough of that kind of thing that happens. I get a lot out of it, of course, ”said Mrs. Lucy.
She also revealed that she left gifts for other parents for about six months.
Inspired by Mrs. Lucy, Tillz said she will continue the tradition.
“We don’t need it, but we can prepay it, and the next person might need it.”
