Nandos to offer home deliveries in Birmingham

Nandos has opened select restaurants to offer home delivery to hungry chicken fans during the Covid-19 pandemic – and Birmingham is on the list.

Peri Peri ‘beloved chicken experts have torched their grills all over the UK and will now offer a Nandos delivery service from some of its eateries.

Much to the delight of guests, the Birmingham New Street branch is one of 30 restaurants that deliver take-aways to our door.

While others in the city have not yet reopened for delivery, Nandos says it will open more every week as lockdowns are gradually relaxed.

The popular restaurant chain also offers a Click and Collect service from some locations, but Birmingham is not yet available on that list.

On Saturday, May 23, an email was sent to customers informing them of the new delivery service.

It says: “If you want PERi-PERi, it is PERi-PERi you (almost) have!

“Since you can’t come to us right now, we are re-firing our grills across the country for our new Nando’s Delivery service so we can get to you!

Indeed, in certain rural Nandos you will soon be able to have PERi-PERi delivered directly to your home, and most of our restaurants also offer Click and Collect.

“If your city hasn’t made it to the list yet, stay tuned, we’ll add more every week. You’ll sink your teeth into delicious fire-grilled PERi-PERi in no time.

“Rest assured, the safety of our customers and our staff will always be our top priority, which is why we have introduced new measures in line with government guidelines to keep everyone as safe as possible when we start reopening.

“It was a tough time apart, but get ready to enjoy PERi-Chips in your pajamas … Nando’s delivery is coming!
