An OnlyFans star has accused Australian police of targeting her in a “witch hunt” after she was arrested after a party in which she allegedly snort cocaine off a naked woman’s bottom.
Tyana Hansen, 25, was one of nine people arrested by Gold Coast detectives under Operation Sierra Edgehill for alleged drug trafficking.
She was charged with two counts of possessing dangerous drugs after being allegedly caught taking narcotics in bugged footage at the party at The Star penthouse on July 27.
Ms Hansen, a former Playboy model who claims to earn six figures through her OnlyFans account, has yet to enter a plea.
She claims she’s being unfairly profiled and targeted because of her line of work.
“It has been a targeted witch-hunt and a lot of it has been unnecessary … the way they have worded it and released it to the media as an alleged drug trafficking ring is completely false,” she told The Courier-Mail.
“I don’t have a criminal record, I don’t sell drugs, I pay my taxes, I go to work, I try and make a future for myself.
“I don’t like that my job has put me in a position where they think I am a certain way because that’s what I do.”
Ms Hansen will appear in Southport Magistrates Court on Monday alongside her ex-fiancé Zachary Samuel Maidment.
The heavily tattooed senior constable, 28, was also arrested and charged with possessing and supplying dangerous drugs, possessing suspected property and permitting the use of place after he used The Star penthouse for his birthday party.
He’s been suspended by the Gold Coast’s Rapid Action Patrol following the allegations.
Ms Hansen believes she and her former partner have both been unfairly profiled by the authorities.
“They’ve gone “stripper, tattoos, criminal, that’s that”,” she said.
“It’s a lot of discrimination towards the both of us. It was just a party, it was just a birthday party.”
Ms Hansen, who moved to the Gold Coast as a “sweet innocent” 18-year-old, worked as a safety officer for a mining company before moving into the adult industry.
“I did it for a year but I was like ‘This is boring, I can make $250,000 (£136,000) a year working for myself for two days a week’,” she explained.
“Or I can work for someone else and get yelled at for $1200 (£656) a week.”
