Teacher 'erotically massaged' student, 12, and told her she wanted to marry her

A teacher in the United States who erotically massaged a 12-year-old student kissed her and told her she wanted to be her wife and escaped prison.

Former Oakbrook Middle School art teacher Allison Chilton, 27, has been sentenced to five years of probation for her warped relationship with the child.

She pleaded guilty to charges following the 2017 case, when the victim’s father found out about Chilton’s predatory attempts to seduce his daughter into a sexual relationship.

Chilton, who worked in Summerville, Southern California, took care of the young student and sent her messages including, “I want to be your wife.”

In another text she said, “I want to hold you.”

According to The Charleston Post and Courier, in addition to the evocative lyrics, Chilton also kissed with his mouth open a number of times and gave “sensual massages” to the 12-year-old.

The victim’s father told the detectives that he thought nursing started when Chilton taught his daughter when she was in seventh grade.

He had grown suspicious when he learned that his daughter had had meetings with the teacher in the class when it was empty during recess, Knewz reported.

According to reports, Chilton taught arts and math before she was expelled for her predatory behavior.

Chilton formally resigned from the school district after she was taken into custody in 2018, WCIV reported.

The high school teacher was sentenced to 10 years probation for improper student relationship, but was suspended for five years.

She had admitted charges of criminal incitement to a minor and third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.

In addition, a permanent restraining order was issued for Chilton’s underage victim.

The former teacher has also been placed on the sex offender register with active GPS monitoring.
