Debbie Beaulieu is lucky to be alive.
In February, the Florida woman survived a vicious attack from a pack of dogs that left her in a critical condition.
“I don’t even know how she survived to this day,” her son-in-law Falcon Dinis told the WFLA TV station in Tampa.
“Her skull has disappeared all the way from here to the entire back,” he added, pointing to the top of his head.
Dinis said she underwent countless surgeries and was flat twice, with doctors able to revive her.
After surviving that ordeal, Beaulieu was in rehabilitation to recover from her injuries and was diagnosed with COVID-19.
“She eventually contracted the coronavirus and at the moment she was fighting through it,” said Dinis. “And I don’t know how she does it …”
Dinis said Beaulieu is now COVID-19 free, but added that she is concerned with how to take care of her bills and house.
“And I tell her all the time, I talk to her, I tell her you don’t have to worry about anything, Mom,” said Dinis. “I have it all. Just keep fighting and we’ll take care of the rest. ‘
He added that Beaulieu will be released from the hospital soon.
